Vice President of Creative Technology, GraVoc
Brian is currently the Vice President of Creative Technology at GraVoc, a full service technology consulting firm based in Peabody, MA. He is a graduate of Quinnipiac University (2004) where he hold a B.A. in Communications. Brian started his professional career as a freelance producer where he worked on a multitude of projects in the A/V, Film and Technology space. These projects ranged from mid-market to major productions in Boston, New York, Miami & Los Angeles. Some of the more notable projects included productions for American Idol, Bacardi Live, HGTV and the United States Navy. Brian has also worked on several independent films and co-directed a feature length documentary, Gutterball (2005) as well as the featurette, Standing Up (2007).
Entrepreneurial by nature, Brian co-founded a full service production company, DivergingSoul Media Production, in 2006. The company thrived for several years before merging with GraVoc in 2010 and becoming what is now GraVoc’s Creative Technology practice. As the practice grew, Brian’s role evolved from being a production artist to managing a staff of nearly a dozen full time employees and leading the practice’s business development efforts. Since 2012, annual service revenue growth for the practice has been over 20% year over year.
While Brian’s professional skills are always evolving, his efforts are currently focused on sales, management and digital marketing. He also spends a lot of his time helping other companies create technology strategies surrounding SaaS Software, Cloud Applications, Web Development and Video Production. Brian thieves off projects that leverage his wide array of skill sets and merge the worlds of technology and design. When not working, Brian loves to ski, DJ, attend live music events, enjoy outdoor sports, travel the world and most importantly spend time with his wife Bridget and their two children.
