Jay Nuss

Jay Nuss is the Principal of the firm. He has over 35 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage with special emphasis on the selling and leasing of office, industrial, and mixed-use properties in the Greater Boston Area.

He provides support services associated with Massachusetts 21E environmental due diligence in coordination with other professionals such as architects, attorneys, bankers, builders and engineers. He has extensive experience with highest and best-use analysis and valuation issues, as well as with the various phases of permitting a project through completion and occupancy.

He is very active in the Braintree Rotary Club having served as the President and in the Knights of Columbus as a Past Grand Knight, and presently serves as the President of the Braintree Knights 1462 Foundation. Much of his “spare time” is devoted to assisting widows and widowers with complicated estate issues after the passing of a loved one.
